The hotel and staff are lovely, and it is conveniently located right next to Gotemba Station. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend staying there every time you plan to travel to that region.

The breakfast was really good! It is a self-serve hotel, so staff did not complete the check in/out, but they were extremely helpful with directions or any questions we had, and proficient in English. We walked to the hotel from the station in a few minutes, and in the morning took a taxi from outside to the Gotemba 5th station trailhead.
