"A really excellent facility and perfect for a short stay! The room and en suite were very clean and equipped with everything I needed: coffee, tea, kettle etc. The only challenge were the two flights of very steep stairs up to the room. If I’d had more than a small hold all it would have been difficult to get up to and back down the stairs. Also with some mobility issues I did find the stairs worrying. Another point of frustration was that on a Monday night *nothing* is open for a meal at night...

"We could not find anything that did not come up to or above standard. The cleanliness of the room was perfect, staff went out of their way, breakfast hot, delicious, plentiful and great choices. Beautiful homemade soup for supper. Bed comfy, shower and bathroom facilities could not be better. Parking easy and plenty of room. We shall definitely return in future. Thank you."

"Hotel is being renovated at moment so rooms are basic but was in right location to visit o2 academy . Check in guy was lovely, car park aswell so suited our needs for one night."

"Id booked a single room with onsuite bathroom, and i got exactly what i was asking for. Clean, comfortable and very easy to access even though the hotel is unstaffed (no reception). Id recommend this hotel to all, but make sure you read the info provided as to the facilities so you are not disappointed or surprised on arrival. I will be staying there again in the future, its got everything I need. The custome service was top notch too when i contacted them. Fast and efficient. "

"The Hotel has been closed due to fire a few weeks now. No warning to say this was the case, so arrived at the hotel to find it closed and cordoned off. No way to contact hotels.com and ruined the weekend away. "
