"This is not a new building. Almost nothing in the Old Quarter is - that's it's charm. The property has challenges due to age, but the staff managed any issues quickly and effectively. They were always helpful and informative, and arranged better prices for bookings than we could elsewhere. Overall - highly recommended."

"Good hotel for the price. The rooms were smaller than expected. especially if you have big suitcases there isn't much space for storage. we didn't get a room with a view so it felt claustrophobic. the window was just a wall. which I guess was expected. other wise the room service, facility, food, reception service was great. The staff was quite helpful when it comes to helping us plan our excursions "

"Overall this place wasn’t bad. The bathroom left a lot to be desired (you have to sit sideways on the toilet), but we got a bonus bedroom that was a nice surprise. The outside wall is not insulated on top floor so it was real warm during the middle of the day and chilly at night. I imagine summer would be rough! But if you’re not picky, it’s not bad. "

"The building is not meant for foreigners. It has mold in the bathroom . I saw two rooms and they were the same . It is an old building and the furniture is old. Even the glas on the night stand was broken I had to put a mask on fir the few hours I was there trying to chat with Expedia. I am still feeling like I have dust in my throat and lungs but it could be psychosomatic. Maybe local can sleep there because the have a higher immune system but I would not recommend it for foreigners "

"Obviously, given the price point it is hardly going to be the Ritz-Carlton. However, we were very happy to find that all the basics were covered: - Clean, freshly made beds - Clean, en-suite bathroom and shower - All appliances working (TV, fridge, AC), although the AC was a bit loud. The location is great, there's a laundry place just round the corner and plenty of places to eat. Ideal for a short stay or (as we used it) for a nap and a shower before a late-night flight."

"Great location, nice friendly staff. Booked our tour for us which was good and well priced. Restaurant / bar was great the lads working there were ace. We had an upgrade to a bigger room on our 1st night for free, the quilt was very thick. Good hotel for the price, would stay again. "
