「The room is not the same as advertised, it’s so small and cramped. We noticed that there’s a lot of molds in the shower head and the room smells like mold. The moment we arrived, their balcony door is broken, totally unsafe since we’re all women. We were adamant that it needs to be fixed right away. At first, they didn’t even want to fix it, and said there’s CCTV at the balcony but it’s nowhere’s to be found. Totally not safe.
