"Nice and cosy hotel. Toilet had a bidet which was a bonus. Bed was firm and comfortable, pillow was too soft for my liking and provide hardly and support. "

"Really lovely spacious room with air con which kept the room warm as I went in autumn time whilst it was chilly outside. The bed also has an electric blanket. My room also had a little balcony. When you come out of the hotel you can go right and come to the main high street with lots of restuarant and shops or go left and go down lots of interesting little alleyways with cute shops and cafes. "

"The king size bedroom was perfect for my experience, also room, bathroom and bedding are most clean changed every day. Dining and breakfast was brilliant."

"For dorm bed, towels are not provided although mentioned in the room amenities. Cups/plates/utensils are not available in the kitchen area. You're expected to bring your own. Other than that, the reception is friendly and the location is great for tourists. Affordable hostel to experience traditional housing in Gusu district."

"For the price you can't complain. Comfy bed, good shower, 15 minutes walk to the old town. Hundreds of restaurants just outside. Not far from the subway (lindun road stop) Friendly staff. Nothing less than 5 stars from me, I'll come here next time. "

"I booked one king size bed private hot spring room in Expedia, but the hotel system shows double beds private hot spring room when I arrived. The front desk took 10 min to get me the right one. However, when I entered the room, it was totally uncleaned. Looked like someone just left the room without cleaning. Used towel in the bath, used towel on the floor, and the hot spring is still filled with hot water...... I had to called the front desk and ask them get me a room again..... Totally ruined...

After rejecting that room, was given a room without out the plant growth, but with broken AC and still dirty walls and floors. The rooms were also tiny, one good thing is the beds seemed clean. "
