Great modern hotel, well located

Modern hotel, located close to the Suzhou exhibition centre , Metro and Mall. Rooms are large. Breakfast was tasty, with mixture of Asian flavours and European pastries / cereals. Staff speak English and friendly.

Very pleasant stay at Suzhou Hyatt Regency hotel, hotel staff are generally very polite and helpful. I would give 4 out of 5, the only problem is their breakfast was not as good as expected given the price

체크인 하고 방에 들어갔는데, 다른 짐들이 있었는데, 한참을 기다려서야 다른 방을 배정 받았다. 방은 크고 좋았고 청소도 나름 괜찮았다. 조식은 나쁘지는 않았는데, 다른 5성급 호텔에 비해서는 다소 부족하다는 생각이 들었다. 주위에 딱히 갈만한 곳은 없는 듯 하고, 빌딩에 둘러쌓여 있어서 빌딩 외에는 볼 곳이나 갈 곳이 없는 듯 하다.

落ち着いたホテルで、とても居心地がよかったです。日本語ができるスタッフの方もいました。ただ、ホテルの朝食のブッフェ会場やルームサービスの方には、英語が通じませんので、簡単な中国語は覚えておいた方が便利です。

無所不在的菸味

訂房時特別注意這是無菸房，也特別註明要無菸房。Check in 後進入房間聞到的就是菸味，與前台反應清潔人員來檢查後告訴我們只能開窗散去菸味。我們不能接受這樣的處理方式，再次與前台反應後前台就幫我們更換房間了。除了這個狀況之外其他都符合凱悅飯店的水準。另外房門外走廊上還是有菸味的存在。
