"First of all, Pan Pac Suzhou (吴宫) is definitely worth the price. The scenery within the hotel premise is really fantastic, tranquil and serene. "Excellent service. Hotel had small fire but under control. The best part is how they deal with emergency. They put guest satisfaction at first. Beside the great service, the hotel is beautiful. You get the view of the Jingji lake and the door of the east. Very convenient to the mall and countless restaurants on the Ligongdi,easy subway ride to the old town as well. I will definitely stay there again. Highly recommended! "
