It was so nice and service was amazing. Only complaint was that the room lighting was very dim. Hard to get good lighting in front of the mirrors and sometimes hard to see when I needed to do work

An extraordinary stay. Suzhou is amazing and we picked a great place to enjoy it during Dragon Boat holidays. The recently opened dining experience on 37 floor was incredible. View of Suzhou lakes amazing as was the food and cocktails. So fresh and yummy. Staff service so good at all times. Perfection. Loved it.

Unbeatable location right next to the Oriental Gate and connected, walkable access to shopping malls and the lakeside. Hotel lobby is grand and fun. Staffs are helpful, friendly, and caring. Rooms are definitely hi-tech and hip - the giant moon-shaped accent light sets the tone. Scene-setting lights and full automated toilet. Bathtub is huge and bath salt is provided. Great vibe for a night out! However not so much if you had to work - the desk area wasn't well lit, and the chair was definitely not comfortable for work. This might be a me problem tho - not a hotel for work anyways! Also worth highlighting that each room comes with a proper HEPA air purifier, great for those who are COVID-concerned. Unfortunately the room for my first night stay had some plumbing issues (smelled bad), and some lighting/frosted glass didn't work properly. The staff were extremely caring and moved me to a different room for the rest of the stay. Really appreciated their help.

Person who checked us in was a disaster while I tried to check myself in as well as two other colleagues. The other two parties ended up in the wrong rooms and had to change. I had explained this to him clearly but he was going way too fast and not listening. Further, no cream in the container in the bathroom (a pain to call for more). Also, I expected more from the breakfast buffet in terms of fresh pastries. I had a day old croissant, which I did not expect from the W brand. I also felt the staff was not that attentive in this restaurant. The staff at the Chinese food restaurant on an upper floor the night before had been great.

호숫가에 위치해서 운동하기도 좋고 교통도 편해서 너무 좋았습니다. 특히 소주중심이라는 소주에서 가장 큰 쇼핑몰과 직접 연결되어있어 쇼핑하기에도 너무 좋습니다. 36층에 있는 수영장은 진지후라는 호수뷰로 수영하며 휴식하기엔 너무 좋은 환경이었습니다.

酒店环境不错 也比较新 员工也很热情。但是遇到两个事情我觉得是不应该发生的。1. 入住大约是当日下午3点多4点，酒店房间没有准备好，也没有备用的其余客房可以暂时休息。在等了约两个多小时后，还没有收到前台电话。一起问，原来房间早已准备好了，前台工作人员忘记通知我们了。2. 另外一朋友结婚预定的房间也遇到同样的问题，推迟到下午近6点才顺利入住。
