What an excellent stay! The staff were super helpful and kind. We were provided with recommended local attractions to visit and local restaurants to try in Suzhou. The free laundry facilities were also extremely handy given we were travelling light. The rooms were good sized and very clean. Another particularly helpful feature in the room was that the windows were fitted with mosquito netting that kept the bugs away while we enjoy some of the autumnal breeze in the evenings. Thank you so much for the hospitality!

The front desk clerks couldn't speak English but they did try to help best they could. The breakfast was not that good and worker didn't refill any food or drink. The ladies at the breakfast area were really rude and yelling at all the guests. The room was ok, the bed and pillows were really nice and comfy. The shower was good but the toilet always had problem flushing.

Very strongly recommend this hotel

Every manager in this hotel is very kind, and seriously struggle to satisfy customer's demand, even very exotic one. The hotel is very calm, and my wife's mother (who is very sensitive) could sleep well. If you want to come to Suzhou, I strongly recommend this hotel.

지난 1월에 방문하고 너무나 만족스러워 재방문했습니다! 침구류가 너무 깨끗하고 무엇보다 직원들이 너무나 친절하고 배려가 세심했습니다! 여행중 신발이 망가져서 도움을 요청했는데 흔쾌히 집에서 접착제를 가지고와 직접 고쳐주었고, 늘 웃는 모습으로 대해주었어요! 아침식사는 화려하진 않지만 부담스럽지 않은 위주의 메뉴로 특히 국수가 너무 맛있었어요! 2층에 장기 투숙을위한 세탁실도 마련되어있고 운동장소도 있어요~ 직원들이 넘무 친절해서 여행내내 기분좋았고 떠나기 아쉬울정도입니다!
