Beautiful place with lots of outdoor activities depending on the season. We visited during November and it was the most beautiful place we seen in Hokkaido, including the drive into and out of it. "Very comfortable for a pod hotel. Staff and amenities are very good and if you require English assistance, they have staff that can speak as well as provide English documents and instructions. I like that the lockers are right next to the pod instead of in a separate room like many others. My only minor complaint is that breakfast was served in an adjacent hotel which you have to go outside and back in to get to, which in the winter isn't the most pleasant. "This was a great hotel that we stayed at Unexpectedly due to are flight being cancelled at Chitose Airport due to the Snow. It was a perfect very comfortable stay and I can truly say it was a great place in relatively close proximity to Chitose airport via train and taxi. The overall hotel and the rooms were very modern and the beds were excellent, very comfortable. Staff were veer helpful and made us very welcome!"

"The tasting menu and local wine pairing was the highlight of my stay and may also be the highlight of my 3 week trip of Japan. The quality and thoughtfulness of the dishes are complimented superbly by sommelier So-san's wonderful service and exquisite selection of world-class wine. The room and hotel conditions were good but nothing extraordinary. The main downsides are the poor sound proofing and lack of elevators for those transporting heavy bags."

"Nice, clean hostel with a couple of private rooms. Rooms are basic, but s good value for the price. Of note, the private rooms are on the fifth floor accessible by a steep, narrow staircase - we needed to repack ski bags for our flight the next morning and it was a struggle to get them to our room.
