Fantastic hotel - central location to Sapporo Station, easy access to underground network for food, shopping and bad weather. Staff was attentive, very clean and the onsen is amazing. I would stay here again if visiting Sapporo.

Breakfast was special thanks to the local produce. I particularly enjoy the traditional fish soup. Had to repeat it! The hotel counts with bath facilities that are of high standards and are a must to try them.

The room was spotless, but tight space. Cleaning occurs every other day, but they did supply fresh towels daily. Folks at the registration counter were helpful. Breakfast buffet was delicious, but I stayed there for four days so by the third day it was time to move on to other places. Convenient location, with underground passage entry a block away, which takes you within minutes to Sapporo Station and Susukino.

Sashimi offer at a buffet breakfast is untypical - salmon eggs and salmon sashimi are both fresh and generously offered. Facilities - public bath and fitness room is not the best one could expect from a hotel in Hokkaido, but this does not hurt the overall experience. Very convenient commute for the Sapporo station for trains and buses, Odori and Susukino for shopping.
