Sapporo Trip

The hotel is located near to the subway station. Rooms are relatively big compared to Osaka and Tokyo. The hotel is very clean and staff members are friendly.

A short getaway

The room was very clean, though small. The public bath was very clean and spacious but was rather shallow, unlike traditional bath. Breakfast was great, with a wide variety of food choices.

Clean, quite and convenient. The AC temp control reverts to hotels settings after a few hours. You can't change the timer that the hotel set the allotment hours you can control your AC. The breakfast buffet is great traditional Japanese food.

Two night stay

We had a pleasant stay here. The coffee machine stated latte in restaurant, but gave coffee with no milk, luckily there is a milk jug to add your own. Breakfast good and enough to start the day . We did not use onsen as my husband broke his arm. When we came back at 8 pm, there were no car spaces left. We were told to park 3 blocks away at 700 yen for the day. The next day we also returned after 7 pm, and had to go back to the 700 yen park as car park still full. Next morning with a broken arm, we pulled into front area of hotelto load our bags and the parking attendant yelled that we could not park there. We told him to stop being very rude for a 5 minute bag pickup, and that his carpark was full both evenings - he walked away. Car park situation very annoying when one person is injured, and we had 3 large bags.

Nice and new hotel. Location wise is convenient enough to walk to the busy tourist district like susukino. Multiple car parks around even you decide not to park in the hotel. Price is reasonable.

This area is very easy to access to the Sapporo station. I was very satisfied with this hotel. But the only one day of my staying, the room wasn’t cleaned even if I had asked. The front staff asked me to put clean-up magnet stickers on the door before I leave from the room.so I followed this rule and put it every time before I leave by 10:00. When I asked them to re-clean up, they handled my request immediately. I appreciate that.

大雪下出入酒店要駕車才行, 駕車到狸小路大概10分鐘車程, 但酒店車庫不是24小時的, 晚上10:45 左右就關門 ($1500 YEN 一晚), 想逛晚一點都不行有點可惜, 對面馬路有2-3 家便利店買早餐很方便!
