"While being evacuated from my home in Kula, Hotel rented my family a room in this hotel that was also being of Maui forcible evacuated by the police due to a natural disaster then informed me there are no refunds! It’s unclear if this hotel burned to the ground. Being forced to pay for a room in a disaster area that cannot be used or accessed feels like a corrupt business practice, or sort of like stealing. "

"It was great staying in Maui but the condo was not the cleanest upon arrival. The bed they had leaned one way and most of the furniture was banged up/scratched. It would be nice if they would just show you the actual state of the room and not some generic far away pictures. For the money I paid I would expect a little better service. I don‘t think I would stay here again in the future."

"Condo was a great location. Oceanview from looking on the left side of Lani over looking pool. Unit had A/C in main area only,not in bedroom. Opening the window at night didn't help with the humidity. I perfer A/C in my sleeping area as well. Otherwise the unit had all the your basic needs available, dishes,utensils, beach towels,chairs. Thanks "
