The owner of the hotel is so kind and try to help us with maps to make our transportation easier. The hotel was clean and comfortable. If I come back to Sun moon lake I would definitely choose to stay here again. The place was also extremely safe and close to everything you need within a small walking distance. I recommend!

Loved our stay here. We were here mid week, and it was very quiet. Breakfast was very generous and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The owner helped us rent bikes for a great day riding around the lake. We would definitely come back!

The interior design was well themed and felt luxurious. The family running this hotel were extremely kind and helpful. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean. House keeping was offered everyday. Would love to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone else visiting Sun Moon Lake!

Stayed in the capsule room, mostly for the experience. I don't recommend the capsule because it has an ambient light built into the side of the capsule and it was hard to block. The proprietress was wonderful and friendly and took very good care of us. Great location. We walked up the short distance from the boat dock to the hotel.

Very friendly staff. We checked in late in the afternoon. They took us through a shortcut to the ropeway station because they knew that it was about to close. We would have missed it if it were for their proactive help. Overall, we are very happy with the service, the condition of the property, the breakfast, etc. The only thing that could use improvement is their towels They were threadbare. That said, they were very clean.

We loved our stay here for many reasons: - Rooms felt new, and were clean and spacious - Great location, walkable to Ita Thao pier - The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, and we were easily able to communicate through my wife's Chinese and google translate. They provided different, very good breakfasts on each of the two days we were there. There is no laundry in the hotel but there was a laundromat close by.

This hotel is absolutely lovely. The interior with lots of wood makes it feel very warm and comfortable. Rooms are extremely spacious and we even had a tiny balcony. The bed was very comfortable as well. Instead of a breakfast buffet, you'll get served a fixed set of dishes and a drink, which is common for small hotels. Let them know on check in if you have special requests (vegetarian or similar). Slight downside is that on the second day, one of our orders got messed up and we got a few wrong things but it was still good. The staff (it seems to be family run) was super friendly and tried everything to make it a perfect stay for us. The location is very convenient if you arrive by the " around the lake" shuttle bus. After getting off at Itathao stop, it's just 1-2 minutes walk along the street. We will definitely stay here again during our next trip.

Very convenient, the public bus from Shushe to Ita Shao stopped like 100m from the hostel. I came for the Sun Moon Lake marathon, and the pick up bus, was also at this same bus stop, making it super convenient. The owners were very friendly and helpful. I was allowed to keep my luggage and use the shower facilities after the Marathon run, even though its past check out time. I had checked out earlier at 4am and returned around 1pm again to shower. The place is 5 mins stroll to Ita Shao shopping district, where you can eat lots of nice food. It is near the pier, and I took a hop on and off ferry to tour the various places. Because it is so near, I find myself returning to my room quite often to just snooze and then go out again. Highly recommend, it is a good hostel. Though not bright and modern at the receptionist, my capsule room was clean and nice.

The rooms was nice and clean and the breakfast was great. But the reason you should book a room here is the staff, who even tho the don’t speak English, managed to tell us about the places to go, help us rent bikes and by boat tickets.
