"BED BUGS!!!!!! BED BUGS!!!! I woke up at 6 am to see bed bugs crawling in the bed. I got out of the room with all my things as quick as possible, without showering or really getting ready. I took pictures of the bugs before I left. At the desk, the young man working was very apologetic and gave me large trash bags for my bags to keep things from contaminating my car, etc. The front desk said he couldnt issue me a refund for the stay until the manager was not on duty but he would have him call me asap when he arrived in 30 minutes. I skipped my plans for the day and drove the 2 hrs home to deal with decontamination of my things. The manager never called me, so a couple hours later I called the hotel. The manager was frankly rude-didn’t acknowledge my experience and apologize. He said he would need to have housekeeping determine it there were in fact bed bugs and have a professional service come out before they would consider reimbursement. It was like he thought I was lying. I sent him the time and location stamped photos of bed bugs and I got an email back that stated the same thing, with no offer to reimburse my stay. At least in the email there was an apology. Now the hotel is not expensive -only like 225 a night, it’s more a thing of principle. Considering the situation I would have expected my room to be comped and for them to offer to pay for my things to be cleaned. They did nothing. Horrible."

"Breakfast was good, did the job. Pool and hot tub were very nice after a long day of driving. Staff was good. Only negative was room was not ready after arriving 1.5hrs past check in time. "

"My boyfriend and I celebrated an anniversary and the staff was so hopeful!! Mirna took care of the room and it looked amazing. Very pleased and very recommended 😊"

"Run screaming!! yikes this place is gross!! The smell alone should send you running even if you don't see how totally shabby, run down and incredibly poorly maintained and disgusting the room is. Pretty sure this could have been the site murder scene. I was only in the room for about 2 minutes in shock by how nasty it was and as I left the room I could tell the smell was now on me! It haunted me in my car until I got to a proper hotel and burned my clothes and took shower! The photos on the site do not accurately reflect the cleanliness of the room and cannot portray the odors! Remember the word quality is only a category and not a level how nice something actually is!!!! The best thing was the manger who was ver very nice and understanding and gave me a full refund and pointers to a nice restaurant and better hotel to possibly check out. I didn't take his advice and instead trusted my better instincts as he should have not let anyone rent a room here to begin with The Staff of Hotels.com was amazing and made sure I was fully reimbursed!!"
