「Clean room, Staff were very helpful!」

「I am shocked at how high of stars this hotel had when it is average at best. The hotel is a whole complex which was difficult to navigate and even find the hotel. It is on a beautiful property, but the beds feel like you’re laying on cheap plastic and the breakfast is disappointing. (No waffle maker, which is always what I’m looking for at hotel breakfast). Overall it was a fine overnight but certainly does not deserve the excellent rating listed. Okay at best」

「I came back to my room after being gone all day to find the bed stripped with no sheets on it and the dirty linen spread around the room had to go down to the front desk to get linen and the bed made. The bathroom was not serviced either. At check out I asked would the poor service be reflected on my bill, two days later I have heard nothing back」

「I was traveling myself. I looked at the price on Expedia while I was in the driveway of the hotel I go in. I asked the person at the desk. How much is a room? It was like $50 higher. I told her I have the price on Expedia. She said OK reserve it on Expedia it’s gonna take about 20 minutes.then :(. How about matching the price? I’m standing there at midnight. So I wait till the Expedia goes through and go back to the desk. This time it was man the first time it was a woman. I go up to my...

「5 star hospitality. 5 star cleanliness. Great breakfast and the front desk had nice snacks. Free cookies or popcorn. Friendliest staff we have had in a while. Thank you Fairfield!」

「There was nothing awful about this property. It was just a bit run down. The tile floor in the public areas was cracked in some places. The carpet in our room had spots of some kind on it. The hair dryer appeared super old and somewhat dirty. Otherwise, the bathroom seemed clean and the bed comfortable. The property was just ok - not the standard we expect from a Holiday Inn Express.」

「We have been pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and comfort of this hotel. The room has quality mattresses, upscale pillows, bedding, and towels, and looks modern with newer furnishings and carpet. Everything has been remarkably clean and pleasant. I can highly recommend staying here, and we would be happy to come back again.」
