"The woman who checked us in was very brusque and standoffish. She also lied about our room being quiet as it was right on the street across from a restaurant with a loud bar at night. Our room had old AC that just had a knob that said "cool or heat" (not digital) and when we turned it to cool, it made a high-pitched sound. Thus we had to deal with a hot room in order to avoid that unpleasant sound. Otherwise, the bed and pillows were comfortable and the rest of the staff were nice."

"Loved our stay. The beds are more like fulls than queen beds and the bathroom was pretty small but we realize this is due to the time period this hotel was built. The beds although small, we're every comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. You can walk to many different shops, bars, and resturants. "

"We paid about 600.00 per night for the "city view" and our view was the back of the property, complete with 5 open dumpsters and a parking garage. Otherwise, the stay was really nice and the location is great."

"we were pleasantly surprised with how nice our room was...kitchen , seating area etc. The breakfast was excellent every day. The staff in the breakfast area were very kind and pleasant, helpful. The people at the front desk were very short with responses and certainly were not going to go above and beyond to answer questions we had about getting transportation etc. I shouldn't say all of them, but there was a lady that just was not very inviting or friendly at all. "

"The staff was so accommodating. They brought up a box fan and rollaway bed which they set up and fixed for us. Pool area was fun, coffee shop was good. "

"The bathroom tub wasn't the cleanest and the floor showed signs of flooding probably due to shower door not preventing water from leaking and pooling which happened during my stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful though. "

"The desk staff was very friendly. The room was very noisy because we could hear the people above us clomping around at early morning time. The room had 3 lamps, two of which did not work. The maids did not replenish the coffee service, so we called the desk to send some but it never came. The breakfast was so so. It was a dissappointing stay."
