10/10 Excellent
"We have been to Charleston several times and we always stay here. "
"We stayed at the Hyatt Place in the historical district in Charleston. I researched a lot of places and noticed the great reviews at this hotel, and it was affordable! It did not disappoint! It was conveniently located on King Street so we were able to walk to several places. They also had a valet service that we used when we needed our car, and they were always very prompt in getting our vehicle. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was welcoming and gave us cold bottled water after a hot day of being out on King Street. I would definitely stay here again."
"I highly recommend The Ansonborough! I loved the decor of the renovated c1900 building. The rooms were unique in design and beautiful. They had a small bar in the lobby with a cool vibe. The staff were very friendly and helpful with recommendations of things to do. One employee even took the time to let me know I had a flat tire on my rental car! This was amazing as I wouldn't have known it until I left to go to the airport, and that would have been stressful! On this note, super easy parking on site. Don't hesitate to book this lovely hotel, super convenient to explore Charleston by foot."
"We arrived early and were greeted with prompt valet service. We enjoyed the pool while our room was getting ready. Great cocktails and fun atmosphere. Rooms were easy to access and the location of our hotel was nearby a lot of good places to eat and shop. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will be back."
