「It was a lovely hotel, quite close to the airport, thus why I chose it.
The room was decent and quiet and alll the facilities that I needed for my stay worked well.
The car park was cramped, not much room to park, I had to get out of the car on the passenger side. So that could do with a bit of improvement.
Nonetheless, the price for parking was reasonable compared to other hotels nearby.」
「The soundproofing is poor, and I can hear the snoring from the neighboring room at night. I requested two bottled waters, but they did not provide them. The drainage in the bathroom is poor - after about 10 minutes of showering, the water starts draining out, as the shower area has a shallow floor and does not have enough time to properly drain. However, the hotel is indeed very close to the airport.」
「Our stay at the Rosemay was truly wonderful. It is clean, quiet, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay as nice as possible.
The hotel itself is beautiful. The attention to detail is extraordinary from the Orwell library when you step in, to the cafe, to the rooms. The rooms include rain shower heads, heated towel racks and heated mirrors. There is a personal outdoor seating area where we able to quietly enjoy our hot tea that was provided. 「2nd time staying here, really happy with the size, cleanliness and comfort the room. It’s far from central London but is easily accessible by bus and tube (Hayes and Harlington or Hatton Cross station).
I have purchased breakfast this time, like it with plenty of healthy options, they’ve a la carte items like pancake, omelette, but I didn’t try.
Gym and spa are amazing, top notched. However it only opens at 8am on Sunday.
Very likely to stay there again when I’m in London next.
