Virtually the house-keepers are just making up the bed and collect part of the rubbish. There is no refilling of all the water or towels in the room. I have to go to the gym to pick up bottles of water myself everyday.

The location is convenient and the room is comfortable. By comparing with our last experience, the ventilation system in the bath room has been improved. Suggested to use hand wash rather than soap which will be more appropriate to meet recycling purposes.

Although the hotel is nearby the airport, you can not walk from the airport to hotel. I have to call uber from airport to hotel. There is a bus stop outside the hotel.
This is the best airport hotel I've seen in a long time. Clean in both the room and common areas, convenient, conscientious staff, and respectable food.

Great hotel with easy access to the airport. Clean and comfortable. Only small improvement would be to make the soap, shampoo etc tamper proof for hygiene purposes.

The Courtyard by Marriott, London Heathrow, was convenient to catching transportation to London, restaurants, and the airport.

Arrived before 7am. I apologized for being so early and explained that I had been flying all night. Two gentlemen on the reception desk were extremely helpful. They explained that the cleaning staff didn’t start work until 8 but they would ask them to get a room ready for me as quickly as possible.
I had breakfast and returned about 8:20am. The two gentlemen had been replaced by two ladies. I only dealt with one of them but it was very clear that the mood had changed and she was not at all interested in helping. She couldn’t give me any info about when a room might be ready and she couldn’t do a single thing about it. I waited until 09:30a The lady said nothing in all that time about the chances of a room being ready. Hard to believe that one room couldn’t be cleaned in an hour and a half.
It’s amazing how obvious it is when someone doesn’t want to help.
At 09:30 she went to the office and another man took over reception. I approached him to see if I would have any better luck. He explained that there were indeed rooms available but because my office made the booking through Expedia I would have to pay a 35 pound fee to check in early. That was no problem. I paid the fee and was in a room within 10 minutes.
I have absolutely no idea why that wasn't offered by the lady earlier but I definitely felt that the lack of an offer was out of a desire to make us wait - there were others waiting as I was.
Customer Service training is badly needed here.
