「The pool was great and the whole building was quiet. I was amazed on how quiet. Every employee was so helpful to us. This was our first time to Phoenix and we will be back.」

「Experience in its entirety is exemplary but for a slight issue of inconsistency in the pricing of pool cabanas that no finality was ever determined. Moreover, it was made apparent at one point that outsiders or non-guests are able to access the rooftop pool area to the staff’s knowledge. This issue is particularly pronounced as the non-guest, delicately put, is quite an unsavory character. We intend to return but hope that such issues are appropriately addressed.」
