「Overall, it was a nice stay. The faucet in our bathtub was broken as was the blow dryer. It certainly was a unique experience.」

「Glad I was able to book so quick since the Fitz casino and hotel didn’t advertise 21 and older to stay on their Expedia listing and I had to find a place on short notice while still getting a reasonable price and close to the area. The only downsides were that the location was not easy to find and the GPS did a weird thing and changed the address I was searching for. 「place was clean and had a full size refrigerator electric stove and sink.The 2 complaints I have are that the shower needs something to put things on and a handle to hold on to. Also, the beds were very high and being maybe 5 feet tall made it difficult to get into.」

「The hotel was very clean, quiet and felt safe to be in and around the area. Breakfast was simple but had enough good food to fill us up before a day of exploring Memphis. Staff were so helpful and polite. Definitely would stay again if we come back to TN」

「We had a wonderful stay at The Guest House at Graceland. The hotel is beautiful, well-maintained, and full of unique touches that make the experience special. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always helpful throughout our visit. We especially enjoyed the amenities, including the pool, movie theater, and the iconic Graceland staircase display. The restaurants on-site offered great food and added to the overall experience. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we had a fantastic time....

「My hotel room door wouldn’t lock and the hotel staff told me to “just lock myself inside for the night” and I had to make first a request for maintenance support and with no follow up over 1.5 hours requested a new room which I had to negotiate with the staff for as they didn’t want to grant my request. I was a single woman traveling alone and horrified by the response of the staff.」
