「The room and house were gorgeous! So many intetesting things to look at. The host couldn't have been more accomodating and friendly. It was a memorable stay and we would definitely stay here again. 」

「Whole mansion is in a Victorian Style. Owner puts some much effort and passion in this place. Definitely should spend some time with him. The breakfast was wonderful. They even have some options for guest to choose. However location is a bit far from downtown and some of the decoration and photos could a little bit creepy when you have to pass them during night especially when there isn't many guests in the house. Besides there was no elevator should just avoid bringing big and heavy luggage.」

「My room was not clean when I arrived at 10:30pm. The receptionist and bar staff were amazing, but because the hotel was sold out we were sent to another hotel. That hotel room was much smaller, smelled like sewage, and had maintenance issues. The staff were amazing, but if management thinks that sending me to a smaller sub-par room at a different hotel is an equivalent then I have no desire to come back.」

「The staff was amazing all the way around. Did not encounter anything but genuine kindness from each employee. I didn't get everyone's name but Rachel Francis was a joy and Leahh (the night attendant) was extremely knowledgeable and welcoming, not to mention the entire breakfast crew was extremely helpful and a delight. They all made everything so easy and I would definitely say there again. I work in retail and I wish my staff was half as knowledgeable and courteous.」
