Excellent complimentary breakfast with many food choices - not a typical hotel continental breakfast. Valet service connected with hotel also had excellent customer service and car was same condition as when arrived, no scratches or ill-treatment as some reviews described in earlier reviews. 「I think the hotel may have been just a few years old. The shower stream was still powerful. The room was big and comfortable, and there were two TVs. The complimentary breakfast was just ok. The lady who checked us in was quite cool and nice. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. 」

「Whole mansion is in a Victorian Style. Owner puts some much effort and passion in this place. Definitely should spend some time with him. The breakfast was wonderful. They even have some options for guest to choose. However location is a bit far from downtown and some of the decoration and photos could a little bit creepy when you have to pass them during night especially when there isn't many guests in the house. Besides there was no elevator should just avoid bringing big and heavy luggage.」

「Every time I go to Milwaukee on business in the fall and winter, I always stay at the Ironhorse hotel. Great hotel, great location, and very affordable.」

「非常好，大面落地窗很棒」

「It’s very good, near to Wisconsin center, 30min walk to Lake Michigan 」

「Good location」

She belittled our concerns and told an entirely different story to her manager on the phone. It made my sister and I feel very unsafe and they refused to give us our money back when we said we were leaving...

「It's overall too old even just after their renovation.」

「Very good, I love the live show when have dinner.」
