「What an amazing place! My family only stayed one night traveling home but we will be back!」

「Amazing cabin at an amazing price! It is huge and spacious, making it perfect for a larger family. The cabin has everything you need, including a full kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer, and even an additional microwave and small refrigerator downstairs. The location is excellent—only about 15 minutes from the park entrance and downtown, where all the fun activities are. I highly recommend this cabin. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Thank you for helping make our family...

「Excellent stay, beautiful property, and exciting wildlife (bears). Check in and check out was easy. Host was quick to respond to questions and very friendly. We traveled in classic cars and the incline was a bit much for them but we still managed without issues. I would definitely recommend and stay again.」

「This was one of my favorite hotels I have stayed at! From check-in to check-out the experience was seamless. We were greeted by the staff immediately upon pulling in and they showed us to our room and made check-in very easy. The peaceful setting right on the river was a dream. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the Smoky Mountains/Gatlinburg area.」

「We stayed at gatlinburg mountain inn for a week during a trip to the smokies - and the stay can be summarized in two words: millipede infestation. At first we stayed in room 108, we saw a millipede in the bathroom and thought nothing of it. Then we saw another one, then another. I woke up in the morning and found 3 in or around the bathroom. And one night, I killed at least 7 millipedes in less than 2 hours. At this point we talked to hotel staff (who were friendly), but they told us that...

「Pros: 1) room is pretty comfortable and clean. 2) Nice balcony and good river view. Cons: 1) Kind of noisy since it’s on the main street. 2) Be an early bird otherwise there will be a long line waiting for breakfast in the narrow room.」

「Beautiful surroundings close enough to all the “touristy” hotspots and to the shuttle but far enough away that it was very quiet and serene. We brought our furbaby, and she loved the cabin, sitting on the porch and the many new smells of the outdoors! The host was very responsive and helpful anytime I reached out for support. Instead, as soon as we entered the bathroom, we found stains at the bottom of the bathtub, and when we lifted the bath mat, there was hair underneath it inside the tub. The only bad thing was our room faced the street and vehicles were kinda loud. But it didn't seem to bother us to sleep.
