「Hotels are commodity. You want a nice clean room, with a nice mattress and pillow, And there are a lot of options in this price range for that. What I found spectacular about the Drury inn was the people.」

「The person that checked us in was a bit unfriendly but every other staff member was awesome! The lady that helped with breakfast was so helpful and kind. We were there for a tournament so my kids loved the pool/hot tub to come relax in when they got back. The beds were pretty stiff. The pillows are tiny. But over for what we paid it was well worth it. It’s not a brand new fancy hotel but it worked well for our needs. Would definitely go back here! 」

「The staff were very kind throughout my short stay. The rooms were clean. The waffle maker has both strawberry and vanilla flavors which is very nice! There’s also a few restaurant options if you miss breakfast (6a-10a). Exiting the hotel is a bit tricky, but the people of Bay City are very sweet. 10/10 」

「Check in was quick it was clean and felt safe as a female traveler. There was not any sketchy activity on the property either. Breakfast was okay wish they had more protein options.」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at SpringHill Suites of Frankenmuth! There were a few small issues (there wasn’t enough toilet paper in the room, no bar of soap, and the extra bedding/trundle bed sheets were dirty), but they didn’t deter from the positives. The biggest plus was the staff. Tracie, specifically, was amazing! She was always so warm, welcoming, and helpful. The pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast was ample. The hotel is just steps away from the start of the shops on Main Street....
