Had a week's stay here and just got back. The accommodations are excellent and the dining options in and around the hotel are also great. There's a good mix of food and by the looks of the new development around Nerea Tulum, there'll be even more soon. The Cenote nearby is great, the staff has some hustlers though, also don't be alarmed there are live crocs but friendly...well as friendly as a 3 billion-year-old killing machine can be. The complimentary breakfast is a great perk too. Good...

There was nothing we did not love about our stay here.
Our room was beautiful, updated, and clean. The overall design of the property was breathtaking. The food in the restaurant was outstanding. The breakfast which was included offered a full 2 course menu. Dinner was always fresh and so delicious.
But most outstanding was the staff. Everyone was extremely helpful and genuinely warm.
Could not recommend this property more highly.

Beautiful hotel, located at a peaceful beach.
The staff are really nice and helpful.
The restaurant is ok but they make Great pizza.
Only issue we had was transportation - the hotel is pretty remote and in order to visit other attractions (xel-ha, cenotes, akumal...) you need a taxi/rent a car.
Taxis are pretty expensive so rent a car.

Honeymoon at Dreams
I’ve never stayed at an all-inclusive before (besides a cruise, which was food only). The restaurants that were open for dinner were delicious-perfect portions and great quality.
The options for lunch were a bit to be desired with opportunities for better quality, but not a deal breaker. We drank our monies worth not only in alcohol from the many bars, but in coffee from the coffee bar that’s open until 11pm. Our room was spectacular-if you have the opportunity to upgrade to...

This hotel was beyond my expectations. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. The food is delicious and the presentation is stunning. Patricio in front desk was able to answer any questions and make reservations for us. He is amazing along with Paulina in front desk. I felt right at home. The guys in the restaurant and beach club area left me with no words. Carlos, Roberto, and Jose Manuel in the beach club gave the best service. So personable and friendly. My husband and I chose Layla Tulum for our 1st year marriage anniversary. We’ve done all inclusive a number of times, each time we vacation actually and wanted this trip to be more intimate. Layla Tulum exceeded our expectations! It’s such a small charming hotel, with breath taking decor. I let the staff know it was our anniversary prior to coming and we ended up on the 1st floor, beautiful room and they even set up rose petals for us! The food was amazing, the staff great, and couldn’t have...

The TRS Yucatan was part of a larger group of related hotels on a very large beautiful beach and jungle property. The butlers at our villa, especially Emilio, were very welcoming and helpful as we oriented ourselves to the many facets of the resort. The transportation cart service was quick and the drivers very friendly.....though by following the seaside/beach everything was also very walkable. Food was excellent....green juice at Helios was my favorite!

My wife and my 4 daughters stayed at the Barcelo Maya Palace to celebrate my daughter’s 15th Birthday. We loved every minute of our stay. The staff were friendly. The service exceptional. The pools were amazing. The pool water is warm and we were able to swim in them at night. We never had a problem finding pool chairs or beach chairs. The beach is beautiful with white sand and palm trees everywhere to give u shade. The Caribbean Sea had different tones of aqua blues that were incredible. The 6...

This hotel has wonderful access to the beach and beach club. Sunrise is perfect and breakfast at the restaurant is included. The hotel staff, specifically Diana and Abril, were so helpful and arranged a snorkeling excursion for us. We liked that the beach club closes early (6pm) so that the area is quiet at night and not a loud party spot. Truly a paradise!

Booked for Dec 19. Elements Tulum wasnt available due to construction delay. At first i was a little worried, But they had an even better B Plan for me at a near by sister property Palms Tulum. Rooms were large and spacious at the palms and better suited for my family. They refunded me one night stay which was perfect.
The hotel staff is awesome. Luis, Cyril, Emilliano and there were some lovely ladies there but i cannot remember their names. They also spoke english to varying degrees. But...

First and foremost: The food and drinks were phenomenal. Everything that we were served all week was exceptional. Drinks were never watered down, food didn’t taste cheap or frozen.
Make sure you take advantage of your private host. You communicate via text on WhatsApp, and they will facilitate everything for you from dinner reservations, booking taxis into town, decorating the room for a birthday, etc. We had Ricardo and he was so easy to work with. In a matter of minutes any request I asked...

When we made the reservation, we does not know is a nudist hotel. On the hotel advertising don't said anything about it, they have to be more explicit about the hotel theme.
Is a hotel 5 🌟, the attention, the food, the transportation, the views, the ammenities, the details,is excellent. Is a peacefully place, very private and full of sorprises.

We will return! We visited in October and the resort and staff were amazing. Mr Paris, concierge for building 40 was very attentive and helpful. There was a mix up with the room situation and the manager Beatrice was so accommodating and followed up to make sure the rest of stay was positive. We traveled with two 9 year olds and all of us rated the experience and resort 10/10! I’d recommend it to everyone!
