「Everything was perfect」

「Property itself was lovely and location was great. Staff very nice. We had cold showers both days and there’s no breakfast. They give you a breakfast voucher but you have to drive to the restaurant and then only get $7 off. There’s a keurig in the lobby, but no fresh coffee until 10:00 am. Staff is only on-site from 10-6.」

「This property is beautiful. The bed was so incredibly comfortable and we loved our stay! The bathroom was huge and we loved that there were bunk beds for the kids. We wished we could have stayed more than 1 night here! The small kitchen was really nice as well.」

「The hotel was clearly very beautiful and held a lot of history. The room was a bit tight for our family of 5 - especially the tiny bathrooms, but the beds were incredible. I liked that parking was included and the hotel was in walking distance of a lot of things in Salem. We ate at one restaurant in the hotel for dinner and the other restaurant for breakfast. Both were fine but not great. The wait staff at breakfast accidentally spilled maple syrup on my son, the table, and the floor. They...

「I’m guessing the A/C was not working. So to fix the issue, a portable floor A/C was wheeled in which ran all night long with a tremendous noise. Definitely not a good sleep. Now check out is at 11am. We’re five people deep to checkout because the hotel is allowing guests to check their luggage in before they can get into hotel at 4pm. Not well planned from our perspective. Hotel has been great in previous stays. Maybe this was an anomaly」

「We had such a charming stay at this hotel in Salem! The property has a wonderful historical feel, complete with a beautiful antique bed and canopy that really added to the historic character of the space. At the same time, the bathroom was fully modern and nicely updated, giving us the perfect blend of old-world charm and contemporary comfort. The location couldn’t have been better.
