「I was concerned about staying in Naples because 20 years ago I visited and didn't feel safe. But I can heartily recommend Il Convento. The location is parallel to Via Toledo, which is a busy shopping street, with a metro station just a few minutes from the hotel. 「Hotel staff is very nice, mindful and quick response! I asked for a pot of hot water, they can send it over within 15 mins. Breakfast is very delicious (plata of ham, bread, yogurt) and of course the hotel view is awesome. However, you can think about other restaurants for dinner.」

「I know it’s off season, but the roof top patio was closed and there was never anyone working the bar. Also, the spa was nice was I slipped down the stairs in the pool because they were so slick. Maybe install some mosaic tiles so it’s not so slippery. The edges of the tile steps were very sharp, also. That’s very dangerous. Also, maybe put some foam mats around outside the showers and spa rooms so water doesn’t get everywhere.」
