「Lovely hotel, clean, everything was fabulous, staff all fantastic, delicious breakfast, etc. The only downside were the loungers at the pool that don’t have the reclining legs rest part, so you can only tan the front of your body.. lying on your tummy is very uncomfortable as the lounger ends at your knees.」

「It is located outside central Naples. However taking a taxi with special price with taxi takes you there whenever you want. The free shuttle service is only at night. Turn right then right, you will find a tuck shop with all drinks provisions including water. Turn right then left you will find the best Italian restaurant where locals eat which is very reasonable and tasty. All staff at the hotel are excellent. My vip status was recognised with an upgrade. Reception staff are very helpful...

「From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and stress-free visit. The hotel/room itself was spotlessly clean. What truly set this hotel apart was the impeccable customer service. The team was incredibly helpful and welcoming. They recommended nearby restaurants, and even arranged a taxi to the city center. On our departure day, they thoughtfully organized a 4:00AM transport to the airport, making my travel smooth and easy. Highly recommended!」

「Thai property looks from outside like normal old style building. But inside is like NASA. Really good and newly renovated it, very fashionable and great bathroom with Jacuzzi. We have a blast time here. Good beds, the most important of this placed is the staff, the Italians are very friendly and attentive and they bring the breakfast to the room. You like VIP 😎 thanks. 」

「helpful ,patient and friendly reception staff, but hotel is a little far away from city center and no entertainment around hotel. anyway, since only 15 minutes drive to airport, it is the best choice for 1 day stay before leaving napoli btw, one english speaking reception staff is handsome, lol」
