「The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.」

「Ms. Christine was fantastic. We received a free upgrade to a room with a king size bed, which was adjacent to the common-share kitchen. The room itself was clean and classy. The open air courtyard was spectacular as we enjoyed the sounds of the quarter without the hustle of the crowds. However, we were quieted by the bumping sounds in the night as if some ghost was trying to escape. Great stay and highly recommended.」

「Staff great. Room was nice (though I would have liked a dresser, even if it was small. Not crazy about living out of my luggage, especailly given the bathroom was so large. I realize old buildings have restrictions). Perfect locaton, great check in experience. I would hightly recommed the hotel. 」

「Near Frenchman street and French quarter, clean and nice, w private entrance- a couple of random people came and knocked on the door in the evening but they were just some guy who obviously expected someone else to be there and a guy wanting to use the water hose for his dog but this did not bother me」
