"Great hotel with a really awesome location. Easy access to jackson square and bourbon street. Room was great. Only issue was there was light above the window. Blqckout shades would have been ideal."

"This hotel is just south of Bourbon St, easy to walk to but far enough from the loud speakers at night. It has a gym & a proper bar & lounge area. Our room was facing a multi-level garage with garish neon lights (where we parked our car coincidentally), but it had big windows with good black-out blinds & was pretty roomy. The glass double sliding bathroom doors were quite trendy, but kept coming off the tracks on the floor & dangle precariously at the top. The bathroom counter top had a crack & a chip. Did someone sit on it? Shortly after check-in, someone from the housekeeping crew just opened our door as we were resting on our beds, without knocking first. He did apologize but we thought that was quite unprofessional. Other than that, the overall feel is quite corporate, if you're into this kind of environment. "

"Lovely hotel, staff levels good. Confusion around deposits and holding charges resulting in multiple entries against credit card. Staff dealt with their side of the issues as best they could and also reduced the bill by way of compensation."

"I love that there’s an affordable parking garage. The staff was so helpful, especially Lucien when we arrived quite late! Having a place with a delicious warm breakfast every morning and a nice place to sit and eat was wonderful. We loved the courtyard and pool. The room was nice, but It was clear that the shower could use some maintenance- the hook was falling off the wall and the caulking had a lot of mildew. "
