「Gorgeous boutique hotel with fantastic updates that also keep the charm and history of a French Quarter building. Beautifully decorated. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. It is very close to Bourbon Street, so there is quite a bit of noise, especially at night. I sleep with earplugs anyway, but I know the hotel does offer them if needed. Courtyard is fantastic and has plenty of seating. Would definitely stay at The Celestine again when in the French Quarter.」

The rooms are very modern with all types of lifting controls including motion sensors under the bed that turn on soft lights if you get up in the middle of the night. 「The rooms make you feel like you’re in a motel, with not great privacy, linoleum floors, and fluorescent lighting. But the amenities (cold water to fill up with, a nice pool, plenty of pool towels) are nice and the location is great to enjoy Frenchman street as well as the river walk, French quarter bars and restaurants, etc. Also, every staff member was truly so nice to interact and chat with.
