「So loud. Couldn't sleep」

「The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.」

「We loved the pool being salt water this was nice for my kids. The location can’t be beat. When we went there was construction on Decatur, no fault of the hotel this was the only down side of our visit. We have stayed here before and always will when in New Orleans!」

「The hotel was quintessential NOLA..small intimate full of character being an older space. The hotel being aged does not mean it has to smell awful. Since they have no air conditioning it was very damp and hot and smelled like mold and mildew. The rooms also only had a small window unit which did not really cool the room in the summer heat. The attached bar was also hot and smelled bad. Staff was very kind is the only good thing I can say about this hotel.」

「A 2.5 hr wait for valet parking before driving home. Granted, a text was sent out the prior day warning of possible delays, however, it didn’t say you would be stuck due to incompetence and lack of personnel by the parking company. Disorganized, non caring, systemless, all of the above. Spoke to the hotel manager, who said he would help if he could, however, he had no power to do so. Love the hotel itself, however, you’d be better off parking in a lot down the street rather than here,...

「The haunted hotel was great its walking distance to everything. The lore behind the place is fascinating and we had some paranormal but the ghost seem friendly. The staff are super friendly makes thst worth the stay just on that alone.」

「We were very pleased with our room. Within walking distance to everything. Parking was a little annoying but at the time we arrived it was very busy. Very quiet but friendly neighborhood. There was also nowhere really to store any of our clothes which was a shame.
