「Very good would def come back」

「This is one of the best resorts in the world. The service is impeccable and not forced, the staff is genuinely the most friendly helpful people you will meet. The rooms are almost all identical and all have ocean views. The beach is peaceful and amazing, with turtles swimming in it nearby. I can't say enough great things about this resort. That's why I guess there is a cult following with people coming back year after year, and me being one of them!!」

「Beautiful location, the beach huts were lovely. Overall a wonderful stay. Occasionally felt the staff were quite judgemental about how limited our Spanish is. Drinks and food are very expensive. Worth heading to other locations for drinks and diner.」

「The room we booked was what we saw based on be picture, great views. I would say, it’s not necessarily freely connected to the beach. You’d have to go somewhere else to actually go to a beach. Food was not the best, honestly I think I only was content with breakfast for our entire stay. We stayed 3 nights, 4 days— Wed-Sat. The one night we ate at the restaurant on-sight called ‘Oceanana’, it was the only night I enjoyed food at any of the restaurants. I truly give the resort a 3.5, but the food?...

「Resort was clean. Staff friendly. Food is tasteless and with few options. Although paying for all inclusive the better options on the menu are an additional fee if you opt for them. Nothing to do. Unless you want to shell out $15 a day to go to the sister resort. But food still without luster and no shows or events happening. I wouldn't return.」
