「Good staff and very clean」

「We had a 2 night stay at this lovely, new hotel. Very clean, beds wonderfully comfortable. Pillows a bit hard so a choice of pillow would have been better. Checking in was a bit of an ordeal, system issues and language barrier. I understand systems can be challenging at times but there was no customer care, I did not feel welcome, made to feel it was my fault. took my phone off me to check my booking but scrolling through it, which disturbed me. 「You need to check their negative feedback too before making decision. This property is not a typical hotel! They do house keeping once a week only. I stay 5 nights and I need to ask for clean towel, toilet paper almost everyday. No garbage collecting as well! There is no phone in the room and you need to go down to reception in case you need anything. The room is very dark and it is not very convenient.
