The staff was incredibly nice. Special mentions to Jameela (spelling might be off) for being incredible and arranging super smooth early check-in, and to Sodiq for all his help and kindness. Everyone here does their best to help you and arrange what you need. The location is also hard to beat: 1 min away from High Street Kensington, which is both a station on the circle and district lines, and a street full of good restaurants (Yashin is pretty top notch)
