「住在英國的大學學生宿舍，有重溫以前大學住宿的感覺。而且每天早上有自助早餐，雖然排隊的人很多，但食物豐富。最重要的是這裏的住宿非常平價！為處於倫敦近市中心，性價比超高！唯一補充一點，窗戶不能打開太多，而且房間內沒有風扇和空調，夏天住的時候，感覺有些悶。」

「I love the quiet location of this hotel. Not quite in central London but just close enough to be convenient. The hotel has lots of space, both in common areas and in particular, the rooms. They are quite spacious and comfortable. Elevators quick and fast. Staff was great. Our reception, Shokh, was particularly kind, efficient and helpful to both myself and family. He went out of his way to assist in all demands. Would definitely stay there again. I think that it is good value for money.」

「I accommodated here with my mum who's in wheelchair & I remarked our condition in the booking before checking in. However, I found the bathroom is the same as ordinary people when I saw there's a step up to the shower cubicle. As the bathroom floor doesn't have sewage, she's unable to take shower over the stays. As it's co-operated with Ibis in the same building, I'd rather go for Ibis next time as they literally provide a full accessible bathroom to us last year. Although Mercure is new...

The restaurant played loud music until 2pm which made us didn’t sleep well. We’ve talked to the reception immediately but not much improvement about the noise. 「We booked a two nights staying but they downgraded us to a smaller room and claim the one we’ve booked is not available. And my son have left his passport in the room safe and we called for assistance after we’ve checked out. Front desk staffs not responding with well and quick, just keep saying nothing found. It’s my bad to have left belongs not checked but expecting they can help.」
