「Everything was good nice place, nice staff, welcoming environment great air conditioning systems. i just wish they were more attentive to changing out our sheets and towels and providing us with those necessities and well and tidying up the room dialy.」

「We had a wonderful relaxing stay here. Breakfasts are excellent, and although the menu is limited, evening meals are very good. Pool is quite small but refreshing and beautifully clean. Our one recommendation would be to put a small fridge in the room. We will certainly return if we’re back in Puerto Rico.」

「La limpieza bien, recomiendo que halla microondas por cada habitación ya que hay nevera pero entonces si uno anda con niños y hay que calentar alguna comida no hay donde calentar la misma. En el área de la piscina la fuente no funcionaba y no hay ninguna área con sombra ni ninguna sombrilla al menos en las mesas de la piscina. Por lo demás bien.」

「The outdoor pool area is well maintained as it is shared with the Embassy Suites. However the guest rooms are a different story. We had so many problems that they moved us 3 different times since each room had an issue maintenance was unable to fix right away. The furniture is in desperate need of replacement, the doors are missing security locks and even door handles would come off. We were 4 in a room but they only provided 2 towels. We had to go hunt for the additional towels since...

「The place does not look anywhere near the photos, communication was absolutely horrible I sat inside my car for 3hrs early in the morning trying to get into the property to then find out if was given the wrong code, me and my friend both woke up with a bad allergic reaction eyes swollen face swollen 2 out of the 3 days which i think was coming from the millions of red ants that were coming in I asked for early check out to possible be able to go to another place and was denied a refund!! 「They didn't offer military discount and for the 900 spent with no t.v and the toilet being small was not worth that but in a pinch can be a beautiful place as it was for me and my wife. 」
