"We purchased transportation from the hotel excursion department to xplore park after having a bad experience with the tickets we purchased from a third party and not being able to use the tickets for the theme park we ended up having a bad experience with the transportation from Royalton hideaway excursion department we paid $160 for round trip and we where left never being picked up having to pay an additional $80 for transportation back to the hotel aside from that the stay was beautiful"

"The resort was excellent in all aspects. The food was good, staff was amazing, rooms were modern, clean, and spacious. The pools throughout the resort were all great. Our favorite hangout spot was the beach bar, not too crowded, great views, and the staff there are beyond amazing!!"
