"Pleasantly surprised. This looks like a small motel, but is an apartment complex that rents out a few units. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedroom a separate from the kitchen dining room. Just a few blocks from the beach… and a great beach club. For a low budget trip, this place was just great. The staff did not speak any english but google translate helped to facilitate good communication. "

"Great staff. The room was great. Ask to get a beachfront room on the 3rd floor. The trees on the property cut down on the ocean view for the 1st and 2nd floors.
The hot tubs were not on. There is an area for a bar, but it is not staffed or stocked.
Know before you go that this is in a residential area and there are no restaurants or markets within walking distance. Each cab ride to town was $50US.
If you are looking for a remote getaway, this is a great option."
