「The room wreaked of mold and gave us extreme headaches. We didn’t want to sleep in our pajamas so we slept in our clothes and showered in the morning so we could head right out. The shower wasn’t horrible, but wasn’t good either. The towels just seemed not something we wanted to use but we had no choice. Check in was easy, but no help with bags and had to hike all our bags up a lot of stairs. Room is large, but the smell and visible mold was way too much. 」

「It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed 」

「This is NOT a LGBT property with more straight guests than gay. We were also told there was an issue that would prevent our room from being serviced for 3 days AND we were expected to take care of our own garbage yet we witnessed a number of rooms being cleaned....so not sure how that worked. The only positive experience was Vanessa - the amazing employee on Reception who checked us in. Find another option.」

「As is every property in Puerto Rico, its over priced. But its nice, its new, the staff is excellent but the area is just ok. The bathrooms are baths, no room...but overall its very nice. But again, room rates in PR are insane lately. 」

「There was a lot to do close by. The building is fine and the rooms are fine. Our room had a broken AC and it was incredibly hot, when speaking with a staff they said they knew, which made me angry they didn't disclose this information. They put 2 fans in our room, which is how we already knew they knew about this issue. Our friends rooms did not have any fans and working AC. The hotel did refund, but it made for a long HOT night after a full day of travel. 」
