「This hotel is perfectly situated for exploring Old San Juan. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and you can store your bags at the front desk before/after check in/out. If you are looking for super luxury, this not for you however if you want a clean, safe property with a great staff that is convenient to everything...this is the place!」

「It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed 」

「Stayed for 5 days and 4 nights for my boyfriend's birthday. The room was very clean. The staff was so nice! The amenities were amazing! We did have a small issue getting towels for pool but a staff member was very helpful with that. We were very close to everything, maybe 8 minutes from the beach. We rode scooters from the hotel to get there. The shuttle was very helpful as well and helped us save money. I would definitely recommend but please be aware of the $30 a day fee.」

「There’s two 24/7 restaurants across the street that are amazing it was super convenient considering our flight got delayed. We felt very safe thanks to the gated door and check in process, the staff were phenomenal!」
