"This was a very nice property. Great location in the heart of Old San Juan. Check in was easy. Since we arrived early, we checked our bags with the front desk and explored Old San Juan. Our room was clean and comfortable. A nespresso coffee machine was available for in-room coffee at no charge. Everything else came with a charge. My only complaint about the room was the lack of decent window lighting. There were two or three "portal" sized windows up along the ceiling. They were up so high that we couldn't see out them and provided little to no outside light. We checked out the rooftop bar area, and it was fantastic. The city views were amazing. Service at tha Alma was good and very friendly. We would stay there again and would recommend it. Just be aware of the "window situation" that I described above when you make your reservation."
