"I stayed at this hotel in Old Quarter, Hanoi for 3 nights and I have to say…it was really nice but also kinda funny in some ways. First, the location is absolutly PERFECT. "We recently stayed at L'Hotel and everyone was super warm, welcoming and nice. Excellent customer service from everyone especially Lily, Dulcie, Jolie and the gentlemen at the front desk. The hotel is a cute boutique hotel right in the middle of the old quarter. Location and service can't be beat!"

" The room, staff, location and the breakfast. The staff are exceptional and go out of their way to make the stay comfortable. My little one got sick -‘d I can’t thank the cleaners enough for changing the sheets and for cleaning up our room a few times. The receptionists even took me to the pharmacy to get some medicines. The restaurant guys brought breakfast to our room for my son and wife. The staff did everything that they could. We are so impressed and happy with the hotel. The breakfast was so good and we really enjoyed it. The location is central and easy for shopping and very close to the riverside if you want to go for a walk. Plenty of Cafés and restaurants. There’s are a couple of roti shops quite close to this hotel (2 mins walk) where they sell hot fresh baked super soft buns that one must try. "
