"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Centrally located and convenient within the old quarter. The stand outs are the service and breakfast buffet. Every service member I interacted with was friendly and professional. Requests were fulfilled immediately and with enthusiasm and care. The breakfast buffet was a nice surprise. Great assortment of food at the buffet as well as food and drinks available to order at no cost. The selection changed slightly each morning so I was excited to see what was available every day. The hotel also contacted me before arrival and offered a driver service from the airport to hotel for a reasonable fee. We also arranged the same service to the airport when departing and this was organised seamlessly. Upon leaving we were gifted cute tote bags! "

"Great Stay in Hanoi The location of this hotel was fantastic, so close to everything central. Water Puppet Theatre is only just around the corner. Staff were exceptional. "We used this hotel as our 'base' as we visited other areas of northern Vietnam, they checked us in so we didnt have to go through it all again everytime we came back, they remembered us and always was friendly. They asked where we were off next and if it was bright and early in the morning, they would have a snall breakfast to takeaway for us! The room was clean and big enough to room around."

"Oriental Jade was a really good choice. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had to extend our trip by another night and they managed to fit us in the same room – no problems. The bathroom had a few stray hairs on the floor. Apart from this, the property was fantastic and would have given 5/5 stars."
