"What can I say about this hotel, they were nothing less than AMAZING! The check in process was not only seamless but very welcoming. They were so helpful with my luggage. The room was spacious and clean. It had a cute little balcony to enjoy the city view. And when I thought it couldn’t get any better, they went above and beyond the day I had to leave. Check out was much earlier than the train I booked for the evening so they held my luggage while I explored the city. When I came back, they offered their shower facilities in preparation for my next leg of traveling which I was very grateful for ( it was a very hot day)! I’ve never had any hotel be so attentive during my stay. I highly recommend. I will definitely come back ❤️ Oh the spa was also very nice!"

"We absolutely loved this property! It was the perfect location in the Old Quarter of Hanoi right in the middle of the action and excitement of the city but felt like a quiet retreat each time we came back. The rooftop pool and bar was a lot of fun for the whole family, and our children really enjoyed the chance to swim in the beautiful water! The best part of our trip, however, was the help we received from Hanne! She was absolutely amazing and even let me connect with her on WhatsApp for city sightseeing and food recommendations. She was incredibly professional but so sweet and friendly! The entire staff was amazing as well, so accommodating and sweet. Really impressed with this stay!"
