「Check in was easy and fast. We needed to get to our rooms to rest and we were greeted with a glass of their Summer salted Plum drink. The rest of our stay went with some help from the front desk with outstanding service very attentive to the needs of the guests. The restaurant located on the second floor offers great food with fresh ingredients. Service was top of the notch. Thanks to all the staff, it is a must to come back again」

「It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had in my almost 40 years of travelling. The water bottles no matter big or small need to pay(not what they told us when we checked in) and I feel cheated and humiliated when they told us we’d destroyed the opening ( not really opened) a bottle of wine which no label on it. I didn’t even see where it was and my husband told me it was on the top of the shelf. I strongly suggest hotels.com evaluate the hotel because I don’t want other guests be cheated...

「Hotel in good location near Hoan Kiem lake, with plenty of cafe and restaurants nearby. Good breakfast, made to order, better reserve at least 30 min to enjoy due to order taking and cooking time. Beware the main door is locked after midnight 」
