"We had a lovely stay at Hanoi Splendid. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. It was ramification day and the streets were very crowded but our room was still very quiet. The staff was very helpful. We walked everywhere. The restaurant next door, Oriana, was surprisingly excellent."

The staff here is truly amazing, they made our stay comfortable, welcomed us and made us fall in love with Vietnam as this was our first stop on our trip. I am truly so thankful we chose this hotel. "Excellent hotel. We stayed 3 nights. Perfect location for the sights of Hanoi. Staff did many things over and above expectations. A senior member of the hotel staff took care of many extra things for us, all in perfect English. Rooftop pool and restaurant are excellent. I’ll recommend this hotel to anyone."

"First time staying in this Hotel. Everything is fine. It is a bit dated compare to some major hotel. In terms of prices, this is on the high side compare to other hotel. But, it is good enough for me."
