Our stay was OKish, prime location, satisfactory service and breakfast. The hotel went through a major renovation recently but rooms stayed rather small and the corridors extremely narrow. Only a few upper floors have mountains view. However, if the price is reasonable you can go and book it.

Our 4 day stay in Sapa at this hotel was great! From the front desk staff especially Wendy she was fantastic AWESOME! If you needed help with anything at all she was there to help from trip plans or just everyday questions. The restaurant staff was also amazing very attentive to your food questions and wants. Food was amazing breakfast, lunch and dinner. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Sapa in Vietnam. We will be back for another visit and we will definitely staying here. Safe Travel!

This hotel has a fantastic location with a great view over the valley. We were upgraded to a beautiful room with a panoramic view. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They have a restaurant overlooking the valley. The food is absolutely fantastic, the best we could find anywhere in Sapa. The very best Pho in town. One evening, when the restaurant was closed, the staff cooked up a storm for us with the most delicious food. Be highly recommend this hotel for your next stay in Sapa.

I was truly taken by surprise and impressed with Sapa Horizon Hotel & Sky Bar. The quality and attention to detail to ensure the comfort of the guest's stay was truly impressive. The classically modern room was spacious, clean, with a large balcony and a beautiful view where you can spend hours relaxing. The condition of the hotel was also excellent. Waking up each morning to the view of the balcony was such a treat each morning. Out of various experiences with travels and stays in hotels around the world, Sapa Horizon Hotel & Sky Bar was the only hotel ever to have a selection of all three coffee selections: an espresso machine, black Vietnamese coffee, and mix coffee which was a nice touch. The breakfast station also had a good selection of both Western and local dishes with beautiful views and friendly staff. It was also convenient that the hotel had access to a nice roof top where we were able to enjoy tasty dishes and drinks during the evening. Sapa Horizon Hotel & Sky Bar is truly a 10 out of 10 experience and is highly recommended!

We arrived in Sapa early after the transfer from Loa Cai train station. We were going to check or bags, the receptionist upgraded our room and checked us in. She was amazing. The staff went above and beyond, Wendy kept in touch with us gave us maps, suggestions for day trips, arranged tickets for Fansipan. Hotel is on a quiet street a short distance to the main square. Luxurious but not over the top. The entire staff is friendly. Tea service was brought up when we came back from exploring. 5 stars is not enough.

Thanks for allowing us early check in. The hotel was clean and elegant. The things that disappointed was; - sauna / steam room needs to booked and cannot use when somones else is there - we informed reception that toilet door handle was broke and to fix and kept the room cleaning sign as-well. However, when we returned in the afternoon it was still not fixed and not cleaned. And later my friend got locked inside the the toilet as the handle fell off completely, tried called reception and no one answered, i was out and had to comeback to hotel to open the toilet door

We stayed at this hotel for three nights, and from the very beginning we were truly impressed by the warm welcome and professionalism of the reception staff. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, the comfort, and how clean and well-maintained everything was. The food at the hotel restaurant was absolutely delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The additional 50% discount on food encouraged us to choose the hotel restaurant for all our meals, and we were extremely happy with our decision. Every dish we tried was tasty and prepared with great care. The breakfast was wonderful, with a great variety of options, and the team always made sure all our requests and needs were taken care of. A big thank you to the entire staff for their kindness, hospitality, and excellent service. We truly enjoyed our stay and created wonderful memories. We would happily recommend this hotel and hope to visit again.

This is a great place to stay if you are in SaPa and I highly recommend it. It is in a great location just a few minutes walk from the Stone Church, the outdoor amphitheater, and endless restaurants and shops. The hotel has a classic styling and yet it is quite modern. The rooms are very nice. We had a balcony that gave us a view of the hillside near town. There is a rooftop bar that lets you look out over everything. What really makes this place stand out though is the service and staff. When we arrived they whisked is up to our room, which was ready early. There was a personalized note welcoming us and a small bottle of wine as a welcome gift. Every day they brought complementary tea to the room. Each morning the breakfast was very good with a Vietnamese soup option as well as eggs cooked to taste, an automated espresso machine, and a buffet with a wide range of food including bacon, yogurt, fruit, fried rice, noodles, etc. Every time we entered or excited the hotel, staff rushed to help us. On our last day we were taking a “limousine” van service back to Hà Nội and driver asked us to meet him at the top of the street since the vehicle is large. It was raining and the staff insisted on taking our luggage up the street for us and lending us umbrellas which they only accepted back once we were entering the vehicle. They even gave us each a parting gift of a local handcrafted pouch as we checked out. We have had some very good service in Vietnam but this was exceptional.

I had a fantastic stay at Sapa Horizon Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapa. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their warm hospitality and attention to detail. The room was spotless, comfortable, and offered breathtaking views of the mountains—waking up to that scenery was truly unforgettable. The location is also perfect: close enough to the town center for convenience, but still peaceful and quiet for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service—every staff member went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. Overall, Sapa Horizon Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would definitely stay here again!
