「The hotel staff provided an excellent service experience from start to finish. They introduced the facilities in great detail and also gave us many helpful suggestions about nearby attractions and travel tips, which made our trip much easier and more enjoyable. During check-out, the staff patiently asked for our feedback one by one and sincerely cared about our opinions. Whenever there was a small issue, they immediately offered discounts or other forms of compensation to show their apology....

「The hotel aims to be a diverse resort, but the actual management appears chaotic and inefficient. Staff lack proper training in service, hygiene, and English proficiency, and the maintenance of hotel facilities is poor. Overall, the hygiene standards of the rooms and restaurant do not reach five-star levels, and the quality does not match the price. Unfortunately, this is currently the only upscale hotel on the island.」

「Location cannot be beat and the staff is very helpful. It is close to the old quarter and the lake but far enough so you can’t hear all the city noise. Note on the weekend there are live performances until 10:30ish so don’t expect to sleep early: 」
